Dubai Property Agents List
If you wish to sell a property in Dubai then you may well be looking for a Dubai Property Agents List. This post may be able to save you some time, expense and a lot of hassle. There are plenty of property agents in Dubai at the moment. Unfortunately, there are not currently that many property buyers. As you’ll see from our post on Dubai Property Prices 2015, it wasn’t a vintage year for property prices in the Emirate. Dubai Property Prices 2016 are not, unfortunately, showing much signs of improvement thus far.
Here at SellDubai.co.uk we have a large database of end users, landlords, investors and institutional property buyers looking to make an offer on Dubai properties right now. You can list your property with a local agent but it could be on the market for many months, if not years. If you wish to sell your property quickly then SellDubai.co.uk may be able to offer you alternative options. Drop us a line now on info@SellDubai.co.uk.
If you wish to go for a Dubai Property Agents List in any case, here is some information that may help. Before you head off on any of the links, though, you might bookmark this page in case you need our services at some stage in the future.
At time of printing this article there are 1,050 Dubai property agent companies registered with Dubai’s Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and there are also 2,150 individuals listed as Dubai property agents. It is an awful lot of work wading through all of the entire Dubai property agents list.
To help you find a broker RERA has introduced a smartphone app called Dubai Brokers – you’ll find it at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ae.gov.dubailand.app.brokers&hl=en. Here you’ll find all the brokers currently listed with RERA – i.e. official brokers in Dubai.
Here is a screenshot of the Dubai Broker’s app in Google’s Play Store. Just click on the graphic to take you to the listing on Google. The app is also available in Apple’s iTunes app store for the iPhone.
