Dream Palm Residence Dubai
Dream Palm Residence Dubai is an upmarket residence of some import. This is despite being among a slew of upmarket residences on the man-made Palm Jumeirah island off the coast of the Emirate of Dubai.
Dream Palm Residence Dubai boasts a total of 112 units. These are mostly apartments but include eight exclusive townhouses as well as eight executive penthouses. The rest of the properties in the development are spacious two and three-bedroom apartments. A 8,506 sq. ft. luxury townhouse at Dream Palm Residence comes with five and a half bathrooms and four car parking spaces. The townhouse is complete and now ready for a buyer to move in. The cost is Dh18.71 million (approx. £3.6m at time of writing). A 2,343 sq. ft. two-bedroom apartment costs in the region of Dh5.15m. (approx. £1m) with a 2,756 sq. ft. three bedroom unit coming in at just over Dh6m (approx. £1.15m).
One of the benefits for residents is being able to access exclusive offers courtesy of the neighbouring Rixos, The Palm Resort. This includes a 20 per cent discount at the Rixos’s nine food and beverage outlets and at the spa, as well as beach and pool access (see picture). Residents will also have access to the gym at the Rixos.
The Dream Palm Residence units first came to market in mid-2013 but were not sold in a spiralling market. Now that the market has stabilised somewhat (see Dubai Property Prices 2015 for details) the agents feel there is a good chance to move these properties to newly interested buyers.
As you would expect with such high end units, the apartments are fitted with Miele kitchen appliances, contain marble in the bathrooms, come with natural wood flooring and boast smart auto-lighting features. The units can come furnished at the buyer’s request or prospective owners can choose furnishings to suit their own taste if they wish.
The location is very central in Dubai with the Atlantis Hotel including its Aquaventure Waterpark and the Palm Monorail just a few minutes’ drive away. There are excellent views of Dubai Marina and the famous sail-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel.
